Real Estate Pre-Licensing Package $349 Plus Shipping
This online course package combines our Real Estate Principles course with Real Estate Practice course and your choice of an Appraisal, Finance, or Legal Aspects course (all the courses you need to meet your prelicense educational requirements). You also get our online Cram course (which is designed to help you focus on the essential information most likely to be tested on the state exam and includes hundreds of sample exam questions) and two other valuable exam-prep tools, our Most Commonly Missed Questions workbook, and a set of four 150-question practice exams. All these for $349 plus shipping.
 Who must obtain Real Estate License A Real Estate License is required of individuals who are to be employed as a salesperson under the control and supervision of a licensed broker. A license may be obtained by a person who does not immediately intend to be employed by a broker. However, in this instance, no real estate activity may be performed. The license authorizes activity only if the salesperson is in the employee of a licensed broker. It does not authorize a salesperson to act as an independent agent.
