We had a two bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment vacancy in one of our luxury apartment buildings on the market. We were lucky to receive request from two interested perspective clients for only one available apartment. In the case like this, brokers are advised to ask for instructions from the owner in order to choose one and likely the one who is willing to pay more for the property which we did.
